Is local file sharing secure?
Local sharing keeps traffic on your own Wi-Fi network between devices you approve. You share a single folder, and paths are sandboxed so nothing outside it is reachable.
How are devices authenticated?
New devices pair with a 6-digit PIN or a QR scan. Signed tokens are stored in each device's secure storage, and you can grant read-only, upload-only, or full access per folder.
Is remote access encrypted?
Yes. LoopStream Pro remote access uses an encrypted relay where supported, connecting back to your host rather than storing files on a cloud drive.
